I greatly appreciate your staff! They nurture and care for my child. Knowing that your staff holds and nurtures my child helps me to go to work and know she is in good hands. If your staff only knew what a blessing and comfort they bring to parents by holding their children and comforting them when the parents can’t. It truly makes a big statement about the people you have on your staff. I would highly recommend your facility to others.
I am a local educator and I understand the importance of a strong educational foundation. When looking for child care, I toured every center in the surrounding area & Little Angels was the obvious choice. My child is in an environment that feels like home. They have a strong curriculum with a very broad spectrum, and the children learn naturally because of the nurturing environment.
After having my daughter at LALA, I honestly feel incredibly fortunate and grateful for the care and love that she receives. A parent is forever anxious about entrusting the care of her child(ren) to someone else but I have not ceased once to be impressed and awestruck by the utter sincerity I witness in the teachers and children. I really can’t express how grateful it makes me every day that I bring my daughter to and take her from this school. She is happy, well adjusted and joyful child…and I feel that Little Angels plays a large part in that.
You can’t fake the kind of sentiment that is displayed towards the children here by the staff. I have yet to encounter one teacher/aide/cook/administrator at this school that I have not felt exuded warmth and compassion for the children in their care. It’s unmistakably genuine and very evident to the parents who entrust you with their children.
After comparing over 20 daycare/preschools, I feel lucky to have found the unsurpassable quality care for my son at Little Angels Learning Academy. The curriculum is first-rate, the educational equipment is exceptional, and the care-givers are second-to-none. The focus each day is clearly on education, and more importantly, the education through the integration of real-life lessons which then translate into a holistic understanding of the study-topics for the children. My son continues to thrive under the gentle guidance of Dr. Ruth Ann Wood-Humiston and her assistants; and I know that my son is not only receiving a top-notch early education, but also love. I truly cannot say enough about how thankful and fortunate we are to be a part of Little Angels Learning Academy.

LALA accepts my child with warm and welcome arms even though she’s disabled where no other daycare would. She enjoys playing with her friends.
I think LALA is doing great! The things I like best about LALA is EVERYTHING!! You have helped me with the pottie training and been great with my daughter. My daughter enjoys all the trips and other kids. I feel good about her with you! I know she is being taken care of.

I like best about Little Angels Learning Academy is the consistency of using everyday activities, eating, etc., as vehicles for learning. I like the great activities, field trips, and meals at LALA. My children especially like their teachers, computers, gymnastics, activities, the other kids, music, and the food.

We have toured many facilities for our young son and have found no other program like Little Angels Learning Academy. For his special needs, we have been researching funding for a climber to improve his gross motor development, and Little Angels Learning Academy has a climber available to him in his classroom and outside every day as part of their daily routine for all young children. Their expertise in the area of special needs is unlike any program we have found. We cried in relief and happiness to finally find the expertise available at Little Angels Learning Academy.

Our four-year old daughter started Little Angels Learning Academy upon a recommendation by a colleague within the Republic School District. Dr. Ruth Ann Humiston’s preschool program has certainly helped our daughter grow socially and intellectually. Great improvements have been made in her reading skills as well as her fine motor skills. Not only has she learned how to write her name well and many other basic words, she can phonetically sound out many words and do simple math addition. She has learned to share and play with other children her own age and has really grown from her experiences while at Little Angel’s.
We really feel she has had a great start for entering kindergarten! We would recommend Little Angels Learning Academy to everyone!
I like Little Angels Learning Academy because of the teachers; they are patient, loving, and fun! They treat us like part of the family.
This is the best facility I have ever seen or been to great place to bring my child and very blessed to have a place he can go to be safe.
We have seen so many improvements in MacKenzie. She knows her colors and shapes, can count to 25, is doing great at letter recognition, and has even started doing some simple reading. Also, being in a preschool environment has really helped her with her social skills.

It is with great sadness that Mason and Morgan will be leaving LALA. As you know, we will be moving to Sedalia this summer for Dale’s new job. We have really enjoyed our time at LALA. The kids have changed so much in the few months they have been there.
Mason has made such progress. He LOVES school and talks about his teachers almost constantly! He also talks about his “friends” and frequently asks what they are doing while we are doing our daily things. “Do you think Michael is taking a bath now, too? Do you think Bryce is eating dinner, too?” It is priceless.
Morgan’s vocabulary and ability to do things we never thought she could do are also amazing. She surprises us daily with words or sign language to communicate her wants/needs. She too has made significant progress over the past couple of months.
The staff is wonderful and always so friendly and accommodating. We will have a very hard time finding a new “school” because the ones we have seen do not compare.

I like LALA because it is warm, welcoming, and family-oriented. Good balance of academic and social teachings. Our granddaughter has learned so much both in academics and social skills. We would highly recommend this school to anyone!

The things that my child and I like best about Little Angels Learning Academy are French class and the field trips. My daughter seems to really learn a lot and loves all of her friends and teachers!
